How to use the copybook

Part	Purpose
Noun markers	Pre-teach the small words that attach to nouns: a, an, the.
Concrete nouns	Copy objects and places from the Delta sentences.
Proper nouns	Copy character names, including Mab.
Noun-marker phrases	Keep the marker attached to the noun: a nap, the nap, a map, the map, and more.
Verb phrases	Practice is and has frames before full sentences.
Prepositional / where phrases	Practice in / in the / in the bin as meaning chunks.
WH questions	Copy Who, What, When, Where, How, and Why before sentence work.
Daily sentences	The underlined hill shows which WH question to write.
